MFA Alum Wins O. Henry Prize for Short Fiction
MFA alum Michael Deagler has won a 2025 O. Henry Prize for Short Fiction for his short story “The Pleasure of a Working Life,” published in the June 2024 issue of Harpers. Michael’s first book, Early Sobrieties, was published last May. Congratulations, Michael!
